Worso is an iOS app that turns photos of text into word cards: text recognition runs on your phone, word cards with translations, examples and pronunciation are generated by AI on our servers.

When reporting a problem, please include the app version (Settings → bottom of the screen), your device model and iOS version, and a screenshot if you have one.
Common questions
A word card looks wrong. Cards are AI-generated and can contain mistakes. Open the card, tap the menu in the top-right corner and choose "Report this card" — or use "Regenerate card" to ask for a new one. Every report is read by a person.
Manage or cancel the subscription. Worso Premium is sold through Apple. Open Settings on your iPhone → your name → Subscriptions → Worso, or in the app: Settings → Subscription & account → Manage subscription. A cancelled subscription stays active until the end of the paid period. Refunds are handled by Apple at https://reportaproblem.apple.com.
Free trial. The trial is an App Store introductory offer: nothing is charged during the trial, and it converts to a paid subscription unless you cancel before it ends. Apple normally allows one introductory offer per Apple Account.
Restore purchases. Settings → Subscription & account → Restore purchases, signed in with the same Apple Account that made the purchase.
Delete the account. Settings → Subscription & account → Delete account. Deletion is immediate and permanent on our servers; the app data on your device and your iCloud Drive backup are not touched — delete the app and the backup file yourself if you wish.
Backup and moving to a new phone. Settings → Backup saves your sessions, dictionary and learning progress to your own iCloud Drive; restore it from the same screen on the new device.
Which languages can I scan? Scanning currently supports English and Slovak text; translations are available into Russian, English, Slovak, German, French, Italian, Spanish and Ukrainian.
